What works is the shift cascade. Each shift moves an entire row; planning sequences matters more than individual moves.
Sixty levels with grid sizes from 4x4 to 6x6. The progression respects the format depth.
Tested over a few Hyderabad Metro sessions from Hyderabad. Touch swipe is the natural input.
Where the design earns its rating is the move-budget design. Optimal solutions use few moves; sub-optimal solutions still clear but cost rank.
Where I would push back is the absence of a hint mode.
